Ready to enroll?
Those newly eligible to enroll in benefits on/after Oct. 27, 2025, will have have 31 days* to complete a "dual enrollment" — that is, enroll in both 2025 and 2026 coverage years, if desired. If you do not complete your enrollment within this timeframe, you will only be able to enroll in benefits within 31 days of a qualifying life event (marriage, birth, divorce, etc.) or during the next annual enrollment.
Look for an "Action Required" email from PeoplePlace in your Baylor Scott & White Health inbox. It will provide full enrollment instructions.
Note: 31 days from date of hire or benefit eligibility date.
