Emergency room visiting hours
Visitors are welcome to visit a patient in our Grapevine ER 24/7, unless restrictions are in place for safety. We ask that no more than two visitors be in a patient’s ER room at a time. Visitors will check in at the front desk with Access Services to receive a sticker with the ER room number. Learn more about our Emergency Department in Grapevine.

Neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) visiting hours
Our NICU in Grapevine offers 24/7 visitation.
Parents/guardians are considered “banded” visitors, meaning they have matching bands with their baby. This band gets them into the NICU. The banded members can bring other visitors to their bedside either with them or as a “partner in care.”
We screen visitors upon entry to the unit to make sure they are free of viral symptoms and limit visitors to band holders, partners in care and siblings during peak viral season. Every visitor is required to do a 30-second hand scrub at the front sink upon entry and to remove all jewelry from the elbows down.
Where can I park?
Baylor Scott & White – Grapevine offers ample free parking on surface lots and in a multi-story parking garage located between the ER and Highway 114 on the south side of our medical campus. Valet parking is also available from the front entrance during certain hours of the day.
Relax in our visitor lounges
Visitor lounges are located on every patient floor of our Grapevine medical center, providing comfortable seating, charging stations and wireless internet. Large groups are asked to be mindful of space to respect other visitors and patients. Some units do have quiet hours, so please check with an employee on the floor to learn more.
Recognize a staff member who made a difference
