Reviewers frequently highlight that she takes her time during appointments, never making patients feel rushed, and thoroughly addresses all questions and concerns. Her warm, kind, and personable nature is mentioned repeatedly, with many patients noting that she makes them feel comfortable and at ease, particularly those who were nervous as new patients. Several reviews also commend her professionalism and thoroughness in explaining care plans, and one patient shared a particularly moving account of Dr. Brumley returning to the hospital in the middle of the night — while nearly nine months pregnant herself — to perform a C-section delivery.

The reviews offer very little in the way of criticism. One reviewer suggested that intake appointments could benefit from a telehealth or FaceTime option to allow patients to complete basic vitals remotely, which they felt would improve convenience. No other meaningful areas for improvement were raised across the reviews.
