A small number of reviews identified areas for improvement. One reviewer felt that Dr. Lee did not show sufficient empathy or personal connection during their visit, leaving them feeling like he did not know who they were. One reviewer noted he seemed to be in a hurry and did not spend enough time with them. One long-term patient mentioned a 45-minute wait after being brought back to the exam room, though they noted this was not typical of their previous visits. One reviewer also suggested that Dr. Lee could slow down slightly when communicating, as they sometimes had difficulty recalling all their questions at his pace.
