David received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from The University of Texas at Arlington and his Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (Dietetics) and Master of Science in Exercise ... and Sports Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University, where he also completed his dietetic internship. He is a registered and licensed dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with more than eight years of experience in exercise coaching and personal training. His professional interests include bariatric nutrition, nonsurgical weight management, exercise and preserving muscle during weight loss. David enjoys working individually with patients and leading interactive group classes focused on nutrition, movement and sustainable behavior change. His professional goal is to provide patient-centered care that helps patients develop practical nutrition and physical activity habits to support lifelong health and wellness.
