Patient Navigation Program

Patient navigators serve as advocates, educators and guides to patients with cancer and their families

At Baylor Scott & White Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center – Duncanville the patient navigator is in contact with the patient from cancer diagnosis, throughout treatment and into survivorship. The patient navigator will be there to offer guidance to patients who have cancer and their families every step of the way.
