Given the high number of cases our Temple cancer treatment center treats, the medical cancer specialists on our medical staff have vast experience in determining the appropriate course of chemotherapy and other IV-based medication treatments depending on each patient's needs.
Our infusion center allows patients privacy during cancer treatment or the ability to socialize with other cancer patients receiving chemotherapy infusions at the same time.
Radiation therapy
The board-certified radiation specialists on our medical staff have several types of radiation therapy technologies available to select the most appropriate cancer treatment option, including technologies that may reduce treatment times from six weeks to as little as five days depending on the cancer.
Our radiation therapy team combines extensive experience and research with these advanced tools to precisely target and treat tumors, sparing surrounding healthy tissue and decreasing side effects.
The radiation therapy program in Temple available at our cancer treatment center has system-wide accreditation by the American College of Radiology, which distinguishes us as the only hospital-based cancer system in Central Texas to enjoy this designation.

If you are in a large group, we ask for your consideration of other patients’ families when seating is limited.
Wireless laptops can be used in most areas by connecting to our visitor wireless network. Charging stations and outlets are also available in select lounge areas.
The use of wireless communication devices, such as cell phones, notebooks and laptops, can interfere with medical equipment and is restricted in all patient care areas. Please restrict your use of these devices to visitor lounges and non-patient care areas.
Personal mail may be given to the nurse or unit clerk for mailing. Mail is delivered to patients by volunteers.
