Through the MyBSWHealth app, you’ll receive a personalized treatment plan and help to find care from your dedicated care coordinator. Your care coordinator will help arrange the services you need, whether it’s pain management or virtual physical therapy. If your back and neck care specialist thinks surgery may benefit you, your care coordinator can arrange an appointment with one of our surgeons.

Your care coordinator is accessible throughout your journey, available to answer questions, arrange or reschedule appointments, and help you with symptoms as they arise. They will also answer questions and manage your care, to help you have effective treatment.

A virtual-first experience focused on your recovery needs

Your journey starts with a brief questionnaire to get to know you, followed by a virtual evaluation with your back and neck care specialist. After a personalized treatment plan, you will meet your care coordinator and start your recovery journey.

Your care coordinator will provide support and guidance throughout your treatment. They will help you track and analyze your progress and if you need additional care, your coordinator can schedule an appointment for you.
